Thank you to Janet Oligee for the donation of a 19th century caned seat rocker that belonged to her mother. Janet's ancestors include two of Goshen's early blacksmiths, so the rocker has been installed at the Goshen Log Cabin, located next to the blacksmith shop.
We are seeking vintage horse tack and blacksmith tools for the new blacksmith shop next to the Goshen Log Cabin at Cook Farm. We are also interested in aquiring several pieces of furniture for the log cabin, including a rope bed and an early 19th century blanket chest. Items with a Goshen connection are always preferred. Please review our donations policy then contact us via at email GoshenHistory@gmail.com or call Linda at 513.223.9333.
